Protein relationship analysis
Relationships between proteins are defined in a number of physico-chemical ways. going further than phylogenetic analysis, ChiBio's PRA takes a holistic view of proteins and views them as part of a system of interacting entities. Physical contacts, protein-protein and protein-ligand interactions are analysed where information is available to provide a PRA map.
