Clone Sequence assembly
Generally provided as part of a comprehensive package of sequence analysis. Simply provide the chromatogram files for your sequencing project and receive back the best assembly using the available data. Suggested oligo designs for the next round of sequencing are provided. Parameters for confidence of assembly include redundant reads on both strands, minimum of 2 reads per strand recommended.
Cost begins at £500 for a small 1 megabase project if not included as part of a larger project.
